How to get a Ticket

Please pay your ticket via Paypal – just use the button to the right or send your payment directly to:

(Please note that you can send a payment via Paypal even if you have no Paypal account.)
Afterwards we will send you a confirmation and a link to our booking form where you fill in all details we need. It is also possible to book additional nights via our booking form. If you need additional nights we will give this information to the hotel, you just have to pay them directly after your stay. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Substitution Requirements

• The original attendee should not cancel the registration.
• If the payment method is changing, the new attendee must provide payment prior to issue a refund to the original attendee.
• The Registration Team will facilitate the transfer of hotel reservations up to one week before the event.
• Substitutions will no longer be available 7 days before the start of the event.
• The registrant is responsible for canceling or changing travel reservations.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be received via email to annemarie.tappert@magento.com.
• Cancellations received prior to April 30, 2011 will be refunded in full less a €75,00 processing fee.
• Cancellations received prior to May 15, 2011 will be refunded 50% of the total registration amount paid.
• Cancellations received after May 15, 2011 are not eligible for any refund. Substituting a different person on an existing registration can be done online at anytime without penalty.

Substitutions: To request a substitution, email us at annemarie.tappert@magento.com with full details regarding your substitution, including name and contact information for your substitue. A new person may substitute for an active registration for the same registration fee.
